On Wednesday, November 10, the United States Mint unveiled designs for the 2022 Negro Leagues Baseball Commemorative Coin Program. The designs will be featured on a $5 gold coin, a $1 silver coin, and a half dollar clad coin. All designs were created by United States Mint Artistic Infusion Program Designers and sculpted by United States Mint Medallic Artists.  Three of the artists are NSS members including Phebe Hemphill, NSS ($5 Coin Obverse Designer); Don Everhart, FNSS ($1 Coin Reverse Designer); Craig Campbell, NSS ($1 Coin Reverse Medallic Artist)
