Charles Howard Forrester (1928-2010), left a legacy of six decades of artwork from his massive concrete sculptures to welded steel and kinetic suspension designs to smaller playful abstract wood and bronze sculptures. As a teacher for thirty years in England and Kentucky, with roots in New York and the Pacific Northwest, he directly impacted generations of sculptors and artists. Winifred Forrester is the daughter of the late sculptor and curator of the Forrester Family Art Collection in Nashville, TN. She is also the executive producer for the short documentary, "A Line Unbroken: The Charles Forrester Story" and co-author of the art book, "A Mind in Motion: The Art of Charles H. Forrester".
