I am a ceramic sculptorist exploring floral and sculptor paths on global grounds.
My life is overwelmed by sculpting. From floral arrangements to grandly sculpted gardens. I started figure sculpting in 2009 when I lived in Brussels. The meditative force that the clay radiated was an instant love affair and it still is. The interest for art began early in life when taking academic classes at the University of Stockholm in Art Science. Through the years, my home has housed classical sculptures by the Swedish sculptor (and Rodin student) Carl Milles as contemporary sculptures by Arman.
Taken classes at Folkuniversitetet in Stockholm, under guidance of the artist Karin Johansson.
Moved to Washington D.C in 2014 and has taken classes at Washington Studio School. At Art League workshops with Paul Luccesi. Figure sculpting classes with Thanassi Papapostoulu, stone sculpture with the guidance of George Tkabladze. And creative handbuilding with the inspirational Kathlyn Avila-Reyes.
