Morgan Dummitt, NSS shares two painted GFRC castings of his relief, St. Augustine. Morgan finished the clay version of the piece during the 2024 Walker Hancock Sculptor-in-Residence Program at MARs.

Dummitt spent two weeks at the former summer residence and studio of Paul Manship in Gloucester, MA. Reflecting on his time there, Dummitt says, “The Walker Hancock Residency was a wonderful opportunity to spend time with Manship’s sculpture and experience the Cape May artistic community. The quiet and beautiful surroundings were the perfect place to get away from the city and spend two weeks modeling without distraction. My sincerest thanks to the NSS and MARs for making it possible!”
