The Sisko Memorial Medal is a uniface medallion created by John Sisko. It is engraved on the reverse side with the name of the award recipient.

The award is presented as the occasion warrants for distinguished service to Sculpture through programs sponsored by the National Sculpture Society.

Sisko served with generosity and passion as a Board member until his death in 2016. He was especially dedicated to the Society’s magazine, serving on its Editorial Advisory Committee for many years.

Recipients are nominated by the Honors and Awards Committee and approved by the NSS Board.
