Born in Northwest Indiana, I am a professional artist who started out with paintings on canvas along with wall and ceiling murals in some of the finest homes and commercial businesses in the United States. My career took a different turn after 9/11. I was compelled to create a series of sculptural works, unrivaled by any other. This led me to many years of development since that day, towards placing national memorials. I have the only, 16,000 lb. pieces of cut out sections of the original concrete slurry wall that surrounded the World Trade Center that were salvaged for historical, art memorial sculptures. Project 911UP is about moving forward towards a positive message of the hope and rebuilding of our nation.
My artist studio is located on Pine Island, Florida. Named 'San Sueno"- meaning 'Sans Dream' in English. This property allows me to house the remaining 15 blocks of the wall set in a circle and let the public visit a working sculpture studio. I find the peace and tranquility among the surrounding woods and many different visits from natures animals to be the basis for my creative talents,
