
As an internationally recognized sculptor, Carolyn D Palmer creates larger than life-size bronze busts and figures, capturing the essence and spirit of iconic and influential personalities. Many of her commissioned bronzes are permanently installed in prominent museums and public venues, such as the four papal busts at the entrance vestibules to St. Patrick's Cathedral, NYC, Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt for the entrance lobby of the FDR Presidential Library and Museum, the new Lucille Ball statue for her hometown park in Celoron, NY, Frank Sinatra statue for his hometown of Hoboken, NJ located along the Hudson River, three large figures of shoe designer, Stuart Weitzman for the U of Penn, the National Museum of American Jewish History and the Tennis and Education Centers in Jerusalem. Palmer received an Honorary Doctorate Degree for her contributions to the Arts from St. Peter's University in Jersey City.
