My work primarily focuses on large-scale, towering organic shapes and structures found in nature. I use various materials, mainly steel, wood, and stone; I aim to create tactile and sensory experiences for the viewer, encouraging them to engage with my work. While I may draw inspiration from things or people I can actively perceive, I transform this inspiration into abstract art. In sum, my sculptures represent the possibility of seeing something in the outside world while leaving enough abstraction for the work to be subject to the viewer’s interpretation. I have ten plus years of experience in public art projects across the country. Since my first show at the Mount in 2014, I have delivered quality, on-time, large-scale sculptures from NH to Florida. I have participated in many public exhibitions and consistently delivered projects on schedule and in a professional manner.
