I don't believe my life would be where I am today without having beat Stage 4 cancer. Having that perspective and coming out on the other side has changed my world completely. Not only am I following a dream that I thought wasn't possible of making art full time, I am fully present to help my family and enjoy every day. Continually evolving I'm focused on transforming metal into pieces that show the realism and life in nature. No schooling for these techniques, I instinctually bring these pieces from my mind to life. Hand hammering, texturing, welding and grinding allow my art to speak for itself. I want the viewer to wonder how my pieces are made and what they are made of. I'm always trying to make new textures and looks. I love to bring metal a softness and look most haven't seen. My favorite projects are bringing someone's vision to life. The idea they aren't quite sure what they want. They have space and want to put custom art in it.
