I studied at Lyme Academy of Fine Arts and teach portrait and figure sculpture at Quincy Art Association in Quincy, MA. I am an exhibiting Associate member of the National Sculpture society with "Amazing Grace" selected for the NSS 80 annual exhibit in Tampa and Brookgreen Gardens in 2013. My sculpture was also chosen by Sabin Howard for the Lyme Alumni exhibit in 2012. I am also a member of New England Sculptors Association and continue to do figure and portrait sculpture in terra-cotta, plastilina, wax, and sculpted. My sculpture "Faith, Hope, and Love" was chosen as a finalist in the Art Renewal Center's ARC Salon 12 in 2017. My website is DanMyersart.com and also features the work of my son Christopher Myers.
