George worked for 2 years under Maurice Eyeington at the prestigious Edward Marshal Boehm Studios learning the art of complex plaster mold making, high fire porcelain and creating his first works in porcelain. His work during this time at the Boehm Studios gave his sculptures exposure to many prestigious collections such as the White House, the Smithsonian and as Presidential gifts.
For many years George’s work was promoted by several organizations, institutions and companies to a global market of collectors with huge success.
Commissions include The Ronald Reagan Library, Delaware Museum of Natural History and Hawk Mountain Wildlife Sanctuary and many other organizations and collectors worldwide.
He has had the honor to serve as the Senior Director of Sculpture at the Franklin Mint, a Board member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art a elected member of the National Sculpture Society and Society of Animal Artist.
