Jeanne Moje MacDonald comes from a family of artists, and started her formal art training at Art Center College of Design. She then studied ceramic sculpture with Robert Arneson at University of California, Davis, receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art. Jeanne continued her explorations in sculpture by taking workshops at the Scottsdale Artist School in Arizona with sculptors Richard Loffler, Bruno Lucchesi, Eugene Daub, and Oreland Joe. Jeanne also took metal arts foundry classes, building her own molds and casting her sculptures in bronze, aluminum, and iron.
Jeanne’s work is in private and corporate collections. She has extensive experience with portrait commissions, and has exhibited her artwork nationally. Jeanne’s art studio is located near the town of Mariposa, California, and Yosemite National Park.
