With a background in art, marine biology, and oceanography, my creative path has been shaped by a lifetime of ocean swimming, surfing, and SCUBA diving. My bronze sculpture Fever was exhibited at the National Sculpture Society in New York City. In my latest work, Voyage Through Time, I cast the horseshoe crab in bronze to pay tribute to a 450-million-year-old 'living fossil' that survived five mass extinctions and plays a silent, life-saving role in modern vaccine safety and medicine."
