After a decades long career in the law, I have been a part-time/Continuing Education student at Lyme Academy of Fine Arts in Old Lyme, CT for a little over two years. Although I loved my drawing and painting classes, sculpting has found its way into my bones and won't let go. I am extremely fortunate to be present for the revival and resurgence of classical figure sculpting at Lyme Academy which Chad Fisher has brought together with boundless talent, enthusiasm, dedication and hard work (aided by teaching and workshops from Alicia Ponzio, Stephen Perkins, Zak Kainz, Fred X. Brownstein, and so many others). I look forward to becoming the best I can be before reaching my expiration date....:). I am especially looking forward to learning animal modeling, modeling on larger scales, and the whole molding and casting process.
