Mary Ann is a native New Yorker of Puerto Rican and Chinese descent, she has a strong interest in classical figurative realism and is currently teaching an online zoom sculpture class. She loves the nude in Art and would be available for portrait or full figure commissions, life-size or smaller. She has studied in sculpture class with Anthony Antonios, Barney Hodes, Dionisio Cimarelli at the Art Student's League, and Painting with Dan Thompson, Costa Vavagiakis, and Ted Seth Jacobs among others. She won an award from the Council of American Figurative Artists at the Salmagundi Club 2021, and is a lifetime member of The Art Student's League of NYC. She participated in The Affordable Art Fair in NYC, Spring 2022, through the ASL, and sold her piece which was in the show.
