Michael Levchenko, a Kyiv-born Ukrainian-American artist, is celebrated for his monumental sculptures, art direction, and prowess in digital mediums. Based in New York since 2023, his artworks adorn 23 countries, from the USA, Canada, Argentina, Italy, Germany, France, China, and Israel to Ukraine. In 2019, “The Shadow of Dream” graced the Ukrainian Pavilion at the 58th Venice Biennale. Levchenko holds a Ph.D. in Culture Studies and earned his M.F.A. and B.F.A. in Sculpture in Kyiv. He’s been crafting over 50 public sculptures across the globe. Noteworthy accolades include the Medal of Senator of the French Republic 2022 and the International Art Prize Leonardo da Vinci in Italy 2018. His works find homes in prestigious collections and have been showcased in solo/group exhibitions worldwide.
