Peter Forster is among the rare sculptors of his generation to have worked in every phase of the sculptural process—from concept and design to mold making, casting, fabrication, transportation, and installation. His career has spanned from 1971 to the present, encompassing portraiture, direct marble carving, bronze casting, sacred art, and monumental public sculpture. Recognized early as a young artist, he received Best in Show at the Utah State Fair Fine Arts Exhibition and earned multiple university scholarship offers. His formative years were shaped through apprenticeship with Avard Fairbanks and extensive foundry experience. Serving in the Dean's Circle at the University of Utah, he received prominent portrait commissions and was invited to teach anatomy. His work has been exhibited in San Francisco and New York City, and public works include *Pathways to the Sky* at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. His work is guided by the *Via Pulchritudinis*—the Way of Beauty.
