Serguei was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, in 1980 he was admitted to the prestigious Academy of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg, after graduation with MFA degree was invited to Chita City Capital of Eastern Siberia where some projects and monuments was created:
5 marble reliefs “Music”, Concert Hall of Chita City, Projects of monuments devoted to Desembrists, Russian Poet A.Tvardovsky, 40 Russian Priests, numerous National Competitions awards was granted by Ministry of Russian Culture (1986-1991).
In 1994 Serguei moved to US, joined ISS, participated in International Sculptors Conference in San Francisco 1995 and in 1996, sculptor was granted US Permanent Resident Status as an extraordinary artist. He created "Merry-go-Round" bronze fountaine for St.Paul Children Hospital (MN), bronze Statue of Liberty, Sioux Falls (SD), completed many private commissions, exhibiting his Art in a galleries and museums around the World, now he is living and teaching Art in San Diego, CA.
