I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Painting and Drawing. Shortly, thereafter, I moved to Sedona and landed a job at a local bronze foundry while simultaneously taking sculpture classes from Ken Ottinger and Eugenia Everette including several in sculpture from life. I have been creating bronze sculptures now for over 45 years. My subject matter is usually of life-size baby animals indigenous to Arizona. I have been in several national shows with my bronzes through WAOW where I've won several awards and with AWA. In addition to sculpting I also do oil paintings. I'm a Signature Member of WAOW, an Artist with Distinction in AWA, and an Associate of OPA and NSS. This fall, 2026,I will have my life-size three-week old bronze donkey entitled "Francesca" installed in the 2.3-million-dollar Selna Moncini S.T.E.A.M. outdoor park in Clarkdale, Arizona.
