NSS Elected Members Chad Fisher has revealed an early look at the statue he is creating to honor Medal of Honor recipient and Mason County, WV native Staff Sgt. Jimmy Stewart. The statue will be displayed at the Mason County Veterans Memorial in Mason.  Stewart enlisted in the US Army in 1960 and was killed in action on May 18, 1966. A special unveiling of the statue is being planned for Memorial Day 2024.
