A monument of Frank “Pistol Pete” Eaton will be unveiled on Oklahoma State University’s Stillwater campus at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 6, 2024. This event will also celebrate OSU Alumni Association Hall of Famer and NSS Fellow Harold Holden, who sculpted the piece — his final sculpture and contribution to the university before his death in December 2023. Holden has created numerous statues and monuments across the OSU campus, including artistic representations of Barry Sanders, Remember the 10, and Boone Pickens.
