In early October City Officials from New Brunswick, NJ unveiled a sculpture of its native son, Paul Robeson. The sculpture of the late author, athlete, actor and activist is situated on a bench on the corner of Handy Street and — not surprisingly — Paul Robeson Boulevard. The life-size bronze was created by the husband/wife sculptor team Anna Koh and Jeffrey Varilla who work collectively as Koh-Varilla Guild from Chicago.
