It is essential that visual artists know their legal rights and understand the wealth inherent in their creative assets. In this Visual Art 101 program, Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts will provide an overview of the basic rights artists should know in order to protect their CREATIVE ASSETS, including copyright, fair use, moral rights and a statute that protects their work in galleries.
