Anderson County officials installed Sandy Scott’s 3,000 pound sculpture of a winged horse in the downtown area. The bronze is 12-feet tall and has a 14.5 wingspan. The sculpture will be on display for two to three years before being relocated to a permanent location on the grounds of Anderson University (Anderson, SC).  LEARN MORE
