On April 27, 2024, the NorCal California Community got together for a special event. The group had an informative and fun day at Scansite 3D in Novato, CA.

Scansite showed off and explained their 3D scan and print capabilities including different materials and sizes, from jewelry sizes to heroic. This technology is advancing very quickly and is of interest to all sculptors. Scansite 3D forged long term relationships with companies like The Metropolitan Museum of Art, NASA, Richard MacDonald Studio, NIKE, Hyundai, Warner Bros, and the Smithsonian.
