National Sculpture Society is pleased to announce three of the four prize winners in the NSS California Community exhibition California Edition at the Bonita Museum in California.

1. Carlos by James Nelson – 1st Prize, Edward Fenno Hoffman Prize of $500, 1/4 page ad in Sculpture Review and NSS social media posts.
2. Icarus by William Pupa – 2nd Prize, Three-year complimentary NSS Associate Membership and NSS social media posts.
3. Lucy by Jacquelyn Giuffre, NSS – 3rd Prize, One-year complimentary NSS Associate Membership and NSS social media posts.

The Jury of Awards was composed of three Fellows of National Sculpture Society and included:

Meredith Bergmann, FNSS

Eugene Daub, FNSS

Jane DeDecker, FNSS

The exhibition combines the sculpture and talents of NSS’ Northern and Southern California Communities and features thirty-eight artworks by twenty-six members. The NSS Ambassador Program is an initiative that is helping the organization reach an expanded audience of sculptors across the country on a grass roots level.

The fourth prize, the People’s Choice Award of a one-year membership to The Bonita Museum in Bonita, CA, will be decided at a later date.
