On May 23, a reception for NSS’ California Communities exhibition was given at Sausalito Center for the Arts. Titled “Art of the Form – Perspectives from the West” the exhibition showcases the 36 works by 23 accomplished sculptors residing west of the Rockies. This the second year that NSS has shown with the Sausalito Center for the Arts. Lance Glasser serves as the Northern California Community Ambassador and is responsible for introducing NSS members to this venue.  A $1,000 Best in Show Award, sponsored by the Fantasy Fountain Fund, along with second and third place ribbons, will be given to three deserving artists in the show; Branley Cadet, NSS will serve as Juror of the Awards.
