NSS Elected Member Elizabeth Jordan will have a solo exhibition of her work at Ivy Brown Gallery in NYC. Titled “They Came by Land, Sea and Air”, the show will run from November 12 through December 13 at the West Village art venue.  From the press release: “These works are visual narrations that use elements of species, gestures, objects and paint to speak. Seemingly random objects are bound together in a drama that is obscure. Do these tales depict fear or survival? Are the creatures in pain or are they safe? Are they are worried about our shared world? Since there is no incorrect interpretation, there are multiple endings to each tale.”

An artist talk will occur on Saturday, November 21, 2026.
