This fall NSS Elected Member Stefan Savides’ Guardian of the Parliament was installed at Arkansas State University in Mountain Home, AK. The owl is the mascot of the northern Arkansas school and six-foot tall bronze bird sits upon a book bearing the name of the school within the campus public fountain.
