NSS Fellow Kent Ullberg’s Merry Time Romance was installed on September 9 at the Rockport Center for the Arts in Rockport, TX.  Part of the facility’s new sculpture garden, the bronze of the courting sea horses is featured prominently in the 16,000 square-foot garden. A total of eight sculptures from artists with state, national, and international recognition, will grace the garden, which will also include greenery, water features, and granite benches, making it a contemplative space.
