On Saturday, March 28, NSS Fellow Meredith Bergmann gave a talk at the Robbins Library in Arlington, MA, co-sponsored by the Cyrus Dallin Museum. Bergmann spoke about her public monuments (Women’s Rights Pioneers Monument, Central Park, NYC; Boston Women’s Memorial, Boston, MA; and Something’s Being Done, Lexington, MA), detailing her art historical influences, her process in creating and completing monuments on time, and the challenge of creating unique imagery in all her work.
