Portrait Society of America announced the finalists in their 26th Annual International Portrait Competition.  Three NSS members are included among the 20 finalists:  Kate Brockman, FNSS (Boy: Portrait of a Word); Heather Personett (Augustus Saint Gaudens); and Louise Solecki Weir (Sima).
