On Tuesday, December 21, Richard Becker’s tiny TOT was installed at The Palm Springs Swim Center in Palm Springs, CA. The 3-foot tall, stainless steel toddler is poised for a busy day at the pool in his yellow goggles and blue trunks. Becker’s work caught the eye of the city’s Public Arts Commission at the 30 X 30 Public Arts Show in 2019 and earned the commission based on that exhibition.
