Upcoming Dedications

A new statue of early Vermont settler Ann Story is taking shape in Rutland, VT. Ann Story, the Mother of the Green Mountain Boys, is depicted with her son, Solomon. They are depicted looking in opposite directions to create a sense of hypervigilance while their strides are together to show unity.  Designed by Amanda Sisk and carved by Evan Morse, the marble sculpture will stand 7’ high.

Members of the Mayor Francis Grice Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution got their first look at the Vietnam memorial sculpture they commissioned. The sculpture features two soldiers standing at the edge of a burial plot as one of their fellow soldiers is being buried. Garland Weeks, FNSS sculpted “For Those We Shall Never Forget,” which will be installed in the Veterans Plaza area of Wichita Falls, TX.
