The Laura Ziegler Scholarship is for an emerging sculptor. Two additional scholarships, called the Geffken Scholarships, will also be awarded.

No age limit.

Applicants must be citizens of or residents in the United States with a social security number.

The scholarship covers most of the expenses associated with attending the Sculpture Celebration Weekend.

Registration fee for the Sculpture Celebration Weekend to be held June 6-7 in New York City

$200 Stipend

Complimentary one year Associate Membership with NSS

Please note that recipients are responsible for their own meals, travel and daily expenses.

Submission Materials:

1. Images of six to twelve works of sculpture – three views each. (up to thirty-six images total). Images should be in JPG (.jpg) format.

2. A brief resume

Additional:  The scholarships are funded by a bequest from the estate of Laura Ziegler.
